What is your return policy?

I do not accept returns or exchanges unless it is a mistake on my end. Everyones computer screens, phones and tablets may display colours differently. Colours not appearing as they do on your computer screen is not considered a defect. I photograph my yarn in natural light and provide pictures that represent the most accurate colours. I want you to be as happy about your yarn as I am creating it. If you have any concerns I appreciate you reaching out and contacting me to see if the issue can be resolved.

What is the best way to care for my garment?

I always recommend hand washing your hand-knits in wool wash such as Soak, Blue Dawn or Eucalan in room temperature water. Gently agitate and let soak, then gently squeeze out excess water and lay flat to dry.

Is local pick-up available?

Yes if you are in the Brantford, Ontario area you can choose local pick up when checking out to avoid shipping cost. Please email me to arrange for pick-up.

Where do you source your yarns?

My yarn is sourced from a wholesaler located here in Ontario. Their yarns are sourced from mills located in New Zealand and the UK.

How often do you ship orders?

You can expect your orders to ship within 3 to 5 days of ordering.
